Return and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received the order to request a return for the purchased products.
How to return a product
- Access the "My returns" section in your Account or - if you are not a registered user send and email to customerservice@claytonitalia.it with the order number and the email used to make the purchase;
- Follow the instructions to complete the return request online; you will receive a confirmation email with the Return form to be included in the package and the instructions for the shipment;
- Insert the Return form in the package and send your return to:

The articles must be returned intact and in perfect condition, with all the labels and tags still attached, using the original packaging; the product must not have been used, washed or damaged.
After you return the products, Essemoda performs all necessary assessments of their conformity with the conditions and terms set out herein. Essemoda will refund only goods payment and not sustained shipping costs. If the assessments have a successful outcome, the company will issue a refund. Whatever the payment method you used, Essemoda makes the refund no later than 14 days after the date we receive your goods. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer has demonstrated that the goods have been sent back.
If the recipient of the products specified in the order form does not correspond with the person who has paid for their purchase, Essemoda will in any case refund the purchase price to the person who made the payment if the right to withdraw is exercised. In case of return, shipping is at the expense of customer.
Return for not compliant or damaged products
If you receive a damaged or unrequested product, please indicate this clearly as the reason for returning the product during the return request online, following the instructions to complete the return request online; you will be asked to upload images which clearly show the defect or error. At the end of the procedure you will receive a confirmation email with the Return form to be included in the package.
